Deposits, returns, charging, and the few requirements we ask. Everything you need to know before you book.
What is the security deposit?
The deposit is a hold on your card, not a charge. It covers the vehicle during your rental and is released after we confirm the car comes back in the same condition.
How does returning the vehicle work?
You can drop the car off at our Frigate Bay location or arrange pickup anywhere in the Federation. We meet you, check the car together, and you are on your way.
Where can I charge the car?
Charging is included in every rental. Use our chargers at pickup or tap into the network across the island. We show you the closest stations before you leave.
What do I need to rent or lease?
A valid driver's license and a security deposit. For monthly rentals and corporate leases, we also ask for proof of insurance. The full list takes under a minute to review.
Is there a mileage limit?
Daily and weekly rentals come with generous mileage included. Monthly rentals and corporate leases include unlimited mileage, so you can cover the island without counting kilometers.
Can a corporate lease be returned early?
Yes. Corporate and government leases can be returned early with clear notice. We work out a fair adjustment based on how long you used the vehicle.
